Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
Working Location: Somerset (walking distance from MRT)
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities
· Work on process reengineering and improvement
· Integrating with other teams for reengineering of processes
· Define impact of new proposed processes
· Develop business operation cases
· Lead organisational change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, including training and support
· Responsible for managing all project documentations
· Manage Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to optimise online presence
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
· Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
· Strong stakeholder management skills would be essential, especially with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
· Expertise in process optimisation, automation, and integrating analytics with modern technology solutions
· Ability to simplify complex workflows, eliminate redundancies, and ensure accountability through clear decision-making processes
· Ability to assess business processes and devise effective digital solutions
· Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as AI and enterprise software solutions
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
· Good team player with the ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments to achieve positive outcomes
· Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external providers
· Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities effectively
