Job summary

The Ministry of Finance is leading a Government Procurement Function Office (GPFO) initiative to refresh GeBIZ, the whole‑of‑government platform for tenders and proposals. You will work on conceptualising, planning and executing the new GeBIZ system, collaborating with agencies across the WOG to digitalise Budget‑Procure‑to‑Pay processes.

Qualifications

Experience in procurement, implementing organisational systems or digital transformation.
Strong project management and governance capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑agency collaboration.

Responsibilities

Conceptualise, plan and execute the GeBIZ refresh and related digital transformation.
Collaborate with agencies across the whole‑of‑government to streamline procurement processes.
Lead change management activities to ensure smooth implementation.
Coordinate with technical partners to align goals in the Budget-Procure-to-Pay value chain.
Manage tender and supplier processes to ensure timely delivery in an agile environment.
Perform data analytics to support governance of procurement practices.
