Are you looking to lead in digital transformation projects? We are seeking meticulous and experienced candidates to join our team.

Recruitfirst is hiring! You will be outsourced / deployed to:
Location: Somerset
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $3500 + bonus

Job Scope:
○ Lead and manage digital transformation projects, work on process reengineering and improvement
○ Define impact of new proposed processes
○ Develop business operation cases
○ Lead organisational change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
○ Manage Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to optimise online presence

Requirements:
○ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
○ Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and integrating analytics with modern technology solutions
○ Able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
○ Experience in using digital technologies, such as AI and enterprise software solutions
○ Strong analytical skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external providers
○ Ability to work under pressure
