Job description

We are looking for an Intelligence & Capabilities Senior Manager to drive the evolution of our enterprise capabilities and digital initiatives across global premium and heritage brands. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to transform customer experiences, streamline operations, and enable innovation at scale.

You will play a pivotal role in aligning business needs with technology solutions—leading strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across digital platforms and core business processes. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of business acumen, systems thinking, and hands-on program management expertise.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Drive the digitization of the UI Brand Scalers program – Lead and develop initiatives to seed and incubate niche, premium, and heritage brands worldwide under this program.
  2. Develop front-end D2C digital experiences, customer segmentation, service, and voice of customer capabilities.
  3. Manage backend orchestration of Planning, Order to Cash, and Financial Value creation platforms for the Brand Scalers program.
  4. Lead & manage the team of business analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
  5. Business-Capabilities Alignment: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand challenges and technology needs, ensuring solutions meet specific requirements.
  6. Technology Strategy: Develop a comprehensive technology strategy focusing on user experience, automation, data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
  7. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Explore new solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service; establish best practices.
  8. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Facilitate sessions to elicit and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  9. Project Management: Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.
  10. Partners, Platforms, & Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners and evaluate solutions.
  11. Change Management and User Adoption: Promote adoption and train staff on new systems.
  12. Data Governance and Security: Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and data protection.
  13. Performance Metrics and KPIs: Establish and monitor metrics to assess initiative success.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least five years of management experience in digital transformation, business functions, or IT consulting.
  • Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile, Change Management, and Product Development.
  • Experience in cross-functional/global team management and delivering capabilities/technological programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, computer science, or related; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and core business processes.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, process improvement, and vendor management.

Software skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, Kinaxis, Power Platform, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Data Lake, Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Teams, SharePoint.

Team network includes:

  • UI leadership, capabilities teams, business stakeholders, vendors, core platform teams, developers, architects, third-party vendors.

Nice to have:

  • Programming, database design, data analytics, UX design skills.
