We are looking for an Intelligence & Capabilities Senior Manager to drive the evolution of our enterprise capabilities and digital initiatives across global premium and heritage brands. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to transform customer experiences, streamline operations, and enable innovation at scale.
You will play a pivotal role in aligning business needs with technology solutions—leading strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across digital platforms and core business processes. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of business acumen, systems thinking, and hands-on program management expertise.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive the digitization of the UI Brand Scalers program - leading and developing initiatives to seed and incubate niche, premium, and heritage brands worldwide under this program.
- Develop front-end D2C digital experiences, customer segmentation, service, and voice of customer capabilities.
- Oversee backend orchestration of Planning, Order to Cash, and Financial Value creation platforms for the Brand Scalers program.
- Lead & manage a team of business analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Business-Capabilities Alignment: Build relationships with stakeholders to understand challenges and goals, ensuring solutions meet specific needs.
- Technology Strategy: Develop strategies to leverage user experience, process automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to optimize operations.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Explore new solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service, establishing best practices.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Facilitate sessions to elicit and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Project Management: Oversee program execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.
- Partners, Platforms, & Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to assess and select software/tools, managing relationships for quality delivery.
- Change Management and User Adoption: Promote user adoption and ensure effective training for new systems.
- Data Governance and Security: Work with security teams to implement data protection measures.
- Performance Metrics and KPIs: Establish and monitor KPIs to assess initiative success.

Experience:
- Minimum five years in management roles related to business functions, digital transformation, or IT consulting.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile, Change Management, and Product Development.
- Experience in business partnering or project management with cross-functional/global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, computer science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain domains.
- Familiarity with core business processes and data modeling techniques.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies like Kotter, ADKAR, Nudge.
Software Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, Kinaxis, Power Platform, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx.
- Data Lake Management, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Teams, SharePoint.
Network in the Team:
- UI leadership, capabilities teams, business stakeholders, vendors, developers, architects, third-party vendors.
Nice to Have:
- Programming, database design, data analytics, UX design skills.
