We are looking for an Intelligence & Capabilities Senior Manager to drive the evolution of our enterprise capabilities and digital initiatives across global premium and heritage brands. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to transform customer experiences, streamline operations, and enable innovation at scale.
You will play a pivotal role in aligning business needs with technology solutions—leading strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across digital platforms and core business processes. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of business acumen, systems thinking, and hands-on program management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the digitization of the UI Brand Scalers program – Lead and develop initiatives to seed and incubate niche, premium, and heritage brands worldwide under this program.
- Develop front-end D2C digital experiences, customer segmentation, service, and voice of customer capabilities.
- Oversee backend orchestration of Planning, Order to Cash, and Financial Value creation platforms for the Brand Scalers program.
- Lead & manage the team of business analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Business-Capabilities Alignment: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand challenges, goals, and technology needs, ensuring solutions meet these needs.
- Technology Strategy: Develop a comprehensive technology strategy focusing on user experience, process automation, data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Explore new solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service, establishing best practices and standards.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Facilitate sessions to elicit and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Project Management: Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery of solutions.
- Partners, Platforms, & Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and assess tools for the business, managing relationships to ensure quality delivery.
- Change Management and User Adoption: Promote user adoption and ensure staff are trained on new systems.
- Data Governance and Security: Work with security teams to implement data governance and security measures.
- Performance Metrics and KPIs: Establish and monitor KPIs to assess initiative success.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum five years in management roles related to business functions, digital transformation, or IT consulting.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile, Team Structures, Change Management, and Product Development.
- Experience in business partnering or project management across cross-functional/global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Computer Science, or related; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain domains.
- Knowledge of core business processes and operations, including Content Management, Order Processing, and Analytics.
- Familiarity with data modeling, process modeling, and business process improvement.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
- Experience in strategic and tactical change management methodologies like Kotter, ADKAR, Nudge.
