We're on the hunt for a seasoned pre-sales expert to spearhead our customer solutions efforts.

As a Digital Transformation / Customer Solutions Lead, you'll collaborate with our Account Managers to craft tailored solutions for large enterprise clients, driving revenue growth and achieving Total Contract Value (TCV) targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Solution Design: Partner with Account Managers to understand customer pain points, design proposals, and close deals.
  2. Strategic Engagement: Develop and execute engagement strategies to address customer challenges and showcase our expertise.
  3. Cloud & Data Solutions: Architect Cloud & Data solutions that meet clients' business and technical requirements.
  4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and promote our Software Cloud, Data, and Digital Consultancy services to prospective clients.
  5. RFP Management: Lead complex RFP proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver winning responses.
  6. Knowledge Sharing: Deliver training sessions on our Digital Transformation portfolio to local Account Managers and Pre-Sales teams.
  7. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and actions in our CRM system.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Pre-Sales Expertise: 10+ years of experience in pre-sales roles within the technology sector.
  2. Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of Cloud, Data, and Digital Transformation, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  3. Executive Presence: Proven experience interacting with C-level executives, articulating value propositions, and driving business growth.
  4. Collaborative Mindset: Excellent problem-solving, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and clients.
  5. Certifications: Cloud and data platform certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly desirable.
