A leading consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a Digital Finance and Transformation Architect Lead. This role involves spearheading enterprise-wide financial transformation initiatives, overseeing ERP implementations, and ensuring alignment with business performance goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance leadership and digital transformation, with strong project management skills. We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Digital Finance and Transformation Architect Lead to spearhead enterprise-wide financial transformation initiatives. This strategic leadership role will drive the modernization of finance operations through digital technologies, ERP implementation, and cloud integration, ensuring alignment with business performance goals in a complex aviation environment.
Lead the digital finance transformation roadmap across the enterprise, aligning with corporate strategy and performance objectives.
Champion change management and stakeholder engagement across finance, IT, and business units.
Oversee end-to-end ERP implementation (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud) and cloud integration projects.
Drive automation, data analytics, and AI adoption within finance functions to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Deep finance domain knowledge to redesign processes such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Collaborate with enterprise performance teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Monitor transformation impact on financial performance and continuously optimize processes.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in finance and digital transformation, having successfully led major system implementations and finance operating model changes. This experience spans both project management and change leadership roles, demonstrating versatility and strategic execution.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement across diverse teams. With a hands-on approach and a change agent mindset, they are driven to challenge the status quo and foster innovation.
Thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments, the candidate excels at managing multiple, detail-intensive tasks concurrently. They are adept at navigating ambiguity, uncertainty, and tight deadlines, consistently delivering impactful results.
Epertise covers key financial processes within Controllers, Transaction Processing, and Commercial Finance functions. They are capable of critically evaluating existing methods and recommending improvements that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 14+ years in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years in digital transformation or ERP implementation.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and financial automation tools.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and influence senior stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in aviation, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
