• Develop and manage the digitalization and innovation budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources
• Identify emerging technologies and trends to create new opportunities for innovation
• Oversee the development and execution of the digital initiatives
• Foster a culture of innovation to drive business growth
• Establish and manage innovation labs to experiment with new technologies and solutions
• Work with external partners and technology providers to integrate innovative solutions and technologies
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities for digital enhancement
• Evaluate and implement digital technologies, tools, and platforms, ensure the successful integration of technology into business processes.

Requirements
