Digital Transformation and Innovation Manager

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the leadership team to define the digital vision, driving innovation and optimizing business processes.
2. Lead the development and implementation of the organization's digital transformation strategy.
3. Develop and manage the digitalization and innovation budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
4. Identify emerging technologies and trends to create new opportunities for innovation.
5. Oversee the development and execution of the digital initiatives.
6. Foster a culture of innovation to drive business growth.
7. Establish and manage innovation labs to experiment with new technologies and solutions.
8. Work with external partners and technology providers to integrate innovative solutions and technologies.
9. Engage with key stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities for digital enhancement.
10. Evaluate and implement digital technologies, tools, and platforms, ensuring the successful integration of technology into business processes.

Requirements

1. Strong experience in digital transformation, innovation management, or related technology roles.
2. Proven track record of leading and delivering successful digital initiatives.
3. Experience in engagement with senior management.
4. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
