Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Digital Technical Officer to support the implementation, operation, and maintenance of digital systems that enhance operational efficiency, asset performance, and data-driven decision-making. The officer will bridge on-ground operations with digital platforms and support integration efforts in a smart estate or infrastructure environment.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Systems Support

  • Assist in the setup, testing, and deployment of digital tools and platforms.
  • Ensure systems run smoothly through routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Data Management

  • Collect, clean, and validate operational data from sensors and digital systems.
  • Work with teams to analyze data trends to support predictive maintenance and fault reporting.

Infrastructure & Integration

  • Coordinate integration of smart devices into existing facility systems.
  • Support network connectivity and liaise with service providers for troubleshooting or upgrading systems.

User & Stakeholder Support

  • Provide technical support and training to internal users on using digital tools or mobile reporting apps.
  • Develop user guides, SOPs, and simple dashboards as required.

Project & Vendor Coordination

  • Work with vendors or contractors to ensure timely delivery of hardware/software services.
  • Assist in pilot trials and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements


Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Smart Facilities, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline.

Professional certifications

Fundamentals, BCA Green Mark Smart FM certification.

Entry level: 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome).
Mid-level: 3–5 years experience in a technical support, IT infrastructure, or facilities digitalization role.

Working knowledge of IT systems, devices connectivity

Familiar with basic networking, device configuration, and digital platforms

Competency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data handling and reporting

Ability to interpret simple schematics or device manuals.

May require occasional support during off-hours for system failures or upgrades.
