A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Digital Solutions Manager position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for digital platforms and channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
• Lead initiatives to enhance platform value and develop new services that contribute to business growth.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams, leveraging market insights and data to meet business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Take strategic ownership of digital platforms and channels, managing performance, budgets, and KPIs to support business expansion through improved user experience.
• Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies to strengthen global adoption of digital platforms and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and support continuous improvement of platforms and processes.
• Streamline digital workflows and processes to boost operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of digital projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in roles that demand strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align cross-functional stakeholders.
