    As a Digital Solution Area Specialist in the Bangalore, Karnataka, India location, you will be an Individual Contributor in the field of Digital Sales and Solutions, specifically focusing on Business Applications. Your primary responsibility will involve empowering customers by leveraging the unique value offered by the Microsoft Cloud. By driving the execution of strategic business priorities, you will be selling top-notch AI, Copilot, and Business Process Transformation (CRM, ERP) cloud services to empower customers and collaborate with partners. Joining this transformative segment of the company will allow you to be at the forefront of innovation, scale, and customer impact, shaping the future of business applications.In your role, you will contribute to Microsoft's mission of empowering every individual and organization to achieve more. Additionally, having an MBA or Masters in Information Technology or a related field, along with 8+ years of solution or services sales experience demonstrating digital transformation and enterprise sales success, is preferred.Your responsibilities will include exhibiting a Customer and Partner First Mindset, driving sales execution, engaging in customer value selling, managing opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners, ensuring operational excellence, and investing in continuous learning and development to enhance your expertise in Biz Apps, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specializations.This role offers flexible work options, including up to 50% remote work, and provides various benefits and perks such as industry-leading healthcare, educational resources, discounts, maternity and paternity leave, generous time off, giving programs, and networking opportunities, which may vary based on your employment nature and location.,
