Job summary

E-Cruit Team Pte Ltd is seeking a driven marketing professional to plan and execute campaigns, manage social media and craft compelling copy. The role involves coordinating promotions, helping campaigns go live, and supporting digital marketing initiatives from Clarke Quay office.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in marketing, strong copywriting skills and proficiency with Photoshop, Meta, and Google ads tools. Mon-Fri, 9am-6:30pm, salary up to SGD 3,800.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods or lifestyle.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads + Analytics, SEO.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Write compelling copy across marketing channels.
• Coordinate in-store promotions, events and activities.
• Develop marketing materials such as posters, banners and digital ads.
• Support e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and conduct competitor research.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution.
• Manage marketing budgets, materials and timelines.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
