Alchemist is a Singapore-born specialty coffee company established in 2016. With 11 stores locally and new outlets in Tokyo, we focus on quality coffee and seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints. We also roast and ship coffees regionally via our online store.

As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we’re looking for a commercially-driven, data-savvy Digital Sales Growth Manager to lead and scale our online sales channels.

We are looking for a Digital Sales Growth Manager to join us.

As a Digital Sales Growth Manager, you'll own the performance and growth of our digital revenue streams, including e-commerce (D2C), corporate sales, subscriptions, and CRM flows. You’ll work closely with our creative and content teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion through performance marketing, CRO, and lifecycle management.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategize and execute digital sales plans across e-commerce and corporate channels.
  • Own the entire sales funnel — from product pages, subscriptions, cart optimization, upselling, to checkout UX.
  • Manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, influencer/affiliate channels) with a focus on ROI and CAC.
  • Develop CRM/email marketing automation — including onboarding, retention, loyalty, and win-back flows.
  • Implement CRO experiments and heatmap tools (Hotjar, GA4) to improve on-site conversions.
  • Oversee corporate e-commerce accounts and subscription-based programs.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams on campaign design, A/B testing, and landing page performance.
  • Track and report key digital metrics: CAC, AOV, LTV, churn, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record in performance marketing, CRM strategy, and sales funnel optimization.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance brand experience and revenue.
  • Familiarity with coffee, F&B, lifestyle, or subscription-based business models is a plus.
  • Experience working across APAC markets is an advantage for regional-focused roles.
