What You'll Do

• Lead with Purpose: Inspire and guide agile teams, championing a collaborative and high-accountability environment.

• Own Delivery: Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure high-quality execution that exceeds client expectations.

• Standardize Excellence: Define and enforce project governance and best practices for consistent, scalable success.

• Drive Strategy: Translate business goals into actionable plans — from RFPs to SOWs to post-launch training materials.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to align execution with vision.

• Measure & Optimize: Build reporting dashboards, track KPIs, and share performance insights with leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in digital/web project management, ideally within an agency or tech-focused environment.

• Solid expertise in CMS platforms like WordPress, and familiarity with web development best practices.

• Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management (PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.).

• Strong command of Agile delivery frameworks — Scrum, Kanban, Lean — and proven ability to adapt processes.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, JIRA, etc.).

• A sharp eye for efficiency, detail, and client satisfaction.
