A dynamic company in Singapore seeks a motivated individual for a versatile role involving content creation and management, visual design support, and sales assistance. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Information Technology, Business, or Marketing, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include crafting web and social media content, implementing SEO strategies, proofing digital content, and supporting data management projects. Strong communication and creative skills are essential for success in this role, aimed at enhancing our digital presence and fostering partnerships.
KeyResponsibilities
Content Creation and Management
Craft compelling written content in English for websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with translators for multilingual content and manage uploads via CMS platforms
Implement SEO best practices including alt-text, meta descriptions, and internal linking to boost content visibility.
Visual Design & Creative Support
Source and edit visual assets (images/videos) from stock libraries or internal repositories for digital use.
Quality Assurance & Testing
Proofread all content for accuracy and consistency.
Conduct basic testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital platforms.
Data Entry & Training Administrative Support
Support data entry and ensure accurate migration from legacy systems to new platforms.
Support training administration, design learning materials, and maintain knowledge management frameworks.
Organize and maintain digital content and training materials in cloud-based environments.
Partnership & Sales Support
Provide support in identifying partnership opportunities, preparing presentation decks, and maintaining partner databases.
Support corporate sales through research, proposal development, and lead generation activities.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Information technology, business or marketing with 2-5 years relevant work experience
Proven experience in content creation, in preparing concise communication materials and creative visuals, and with strong knowledge of digital editing tools, SEO, content management systems.
Experience with digital project implementation activities such as digital asset management, quality assurance in data entry and migration, and user training and knowledge management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in partnership sales activities and market research.
