As a Digital Project Manager for Banking Channels at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our banking clients. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects that enhance digital banking channels, ensuring a seamless and effective customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing end-to-end project management for digital banking channel initiatives, including mobile banking, online banking, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, design, marketing, and compliance, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Developing detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget constraints.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing risk management strategies to ensure project success.
- Tracking project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices in digital banking.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, particularly in digital banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital banking channels and user experience design.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders.
