As a Digital Project Manager for Banking Channels at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our banking clients. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects that enhance digital banking channels, ensuring a seamless and effective customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing end-to-end project management for digital banking channel initiatives, including mobile banking, online banking, and other digital platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, design, marketing, and compliance, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Developing detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget constraints
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing risk management strategies to ensure project success
  • Tracking project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Conducting regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress, gather feedback, and address any challenges
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices in digital banking
  • Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring successful deployment of digital banking solutions
  • Continuously analyzing project outcomes and recommending improvements for future projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, particularly in digital banking or financial services
  • Strong understanding of digital banking channels and user experience design
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
