Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to post-launch support.

You will translate business requirements into user stories and backlogs, define roadmaps, and align with stakeholders across business, tech, compliance, operations, and UX/UI teams. You will drive Agile processes, lead UAT and production readiness, and monitor KPIs to drive platform modernization and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Strong experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience managing digital platforms across Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), and digital channels.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

Responsibilities
