Job description

A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for theDigital Product Manager (CMS Project)position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions across corporate websites, mobile platforms, and eCommerce systems
  • Act as the product lead for corporate website features and integrations, working with UI/UX designers, developers, and content teams
  • Manage the full product lifecycle: from identifying business problems to delivering scalable solutions
  • Oversee backlog grooming, user story writing, prioritization, and acceptance testing
  • Ensure alignment between digital initiatives and commercial or revenue generation goals
  • Collaborate across global and regional teams to align on content, functionality, and digital strategy
  • Use data and insights (analytics, user research, stakeholder input) to inform and improve product decisions
  • Navigate cross-functional environments, resolve blockers, and manage shifting priorities
  • Provide leadership and clarity during times of change or ambiguity

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in digital product or project management, including at least 2 years in a cross-functional lead role
  • Proven track record managing large-scale website or CMS implementations
  • Knowledge of user experience, content strategy, design systems, and UX research methods
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
