The digital product management domain is focused on the delivery of seamless omnichannel experiences, serving as trusted digital product owners which combine technical performance, high quality, client experience principles and robust end-to-end accountability.
Key to delivering seamless digital client experience for SEAA markets will be our ability to adapt and enhance and introduce digital experiences relevant to markets in the region. In close collaboration and partnership with divisions and markets, the Digital Product Lead will oversee digital products and initiatives that specifically will support SEAA’s growth ambitions.
Impact You Can Create In The Role
1. Product Ownership of SEAA Digital Products:
- Manage the product lifecycle from discovery, delivery and quality assurance. Responsible for end-to-end ownership of digital products that will elevate client and boutique experience unique to SEAA priorities and market requirements, to support the business goals.
- Lead the delivery/ development of digital solutions/ product that can be managed in a lean manner and seamlessly integrate with other digital touchpoints and internal Chanel applications for SEAA initiated products.
- Drive the implementation based on the defined digital roadmap ensuring a seamless client experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain and monitor the performance and quality for operations and end user experience. Ensure automation and proactive monitoring is in place. Undertake update adjustment or fixes. Act as a single point of contact for escalation issues for the markets, divisions, tech and global teams.
2. Solution Delivery and Management of New SEAA Digital Products
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of systems, products, and platform specific to SEAA markets.
- Act as a connector to understanding the needs of SEAA markets and divisions and translating the technical requirements.
- Scope requirements, resourcing and budget implications for each stage of product lifecycle (build, run, enhance). Ensuring we maximize existing foundations, where possible.
- Define and lead the delivery and ongoing management of the product, leveraging (where possible) existing experts in the organization, augmented with external delivery capabilities, vendors and partners.
- Partnering closely with Digital Business Partner to define the priorities and digital roadmap.
- Deliver solution design and architecture in alignment with existing processes, governance and security.
- Ensure Quality Assurance, testing and service delivery / support models in place.
3. Market Specific Digital Products, Support and Partner
- Partner and collaborate with Market Digital and Client Solution teams to support delivery, operations, planning, and governance of Digital products and platforms for the Market.
- Assist markets in integrating their touchpoints into the regional digital and technology landscape.
- Identify opportunities with markets to scale single-market products. Support in sharing, scoping, and gathering requirements to determine the best direction for scaling the product, whether regionalizing, expanding to multiple markets, or maintaining a market-led approach.
4. Continuous Improvement of Existing SEAA Digital Products
- Partnering with division and markets, leveraging usage insights, evaluate performance and effectiveness to propose improvement and enhancements
- Maintain a clear backlog with the governance team for prioritization.
- Recommend and roll out enhancements to current systems.
- Ensure the impact of improvements is measured against success KPIs.
5. Connect across solutions ensuring a seamless experience
- Ensure SEAA products fit into the target connected omnichannel state (both conceptual and technical) in collaboration with Tech.
- Monitor system integration performance.
6. Core KPI Management:
- Monitor and enhance the following KPIs (but not limited to these KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives:1. Product KPI Achievement Rate2. Time-to-Market for New Features3. Product Health4. Product Delivery on Schedule5. Deployment Success Rate
