Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Digital Programme Centres as a Digital Procurement Executive. In this role, you will support the procurement of IT-related goods and services that powers Singapore’s defence and security technology initiatives.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing and evaluation to contracting and supplier performance, while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations, including export licensing for controlled items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle: supplier sourcing, quotation or tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier performance monitoring.
  • Support contract administration, including handling expert license applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in a timely, compliant and cost-effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with timeline and budgets.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods, services, and related documentation.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Knowledge of procurement, business, finance or supply chain operations will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience with government or regulated procurement processes (e.g. export controls, compliance) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Detailed-oriented, organised and confident working with numbers and documentation.
  • A strong team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to support operational and administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with the larger administrative team and support ad-hoc tasks or assignments delegated by management.
