Job summary

You will perform pre-press checks, adjust color and registration in real time, and monitor ongoing jobs while maintaining a clean workspace and handling substrates safely. Experience with RIP software and Adobe Illustrator/ CorelDraw is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining industrial flatbed solvent printers.
• Strong color management, print resolution, and substrate knowledge.
• Proficiency with RIP software and graphic design tools (Illustrator/CorelDraw).
• Able to lift and handle heavy materials safely.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

You will manage and operate large-format solvent flatbed printers to produce high-quality digital prints, ensuring machine setup, maintenance, and quality control meet client and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-format solvent flatbed printers by loading materials, adjusting print settings, and managing RIP software to produce accurate prints
• Perform pre-press checks on digital files to verify print quality and color accuracy before production
• Monitor print jobs continuously, making real-time adjustments to color, registration, and consistency to maintain quality
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot solvent ink printer systems to maximize machine uptime
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage inventory of inks, substrates, and printing supplies
• Inspect final printed materials to ensure they meet client specifications and production standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience operating and maintaining industrial flatbed solvent printers
• Strong knowledge of color management, print resolution, and solvent-compatible substrates such as vinyl, banner material, acrylic, metals, and wood
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw) and RIP software
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials safely
