Job summary

The Veterinary Council (VC) will be governed and regulated by the VC under the Public Service Division. You will support the VC Secretariat in its secretariat and operational functions, including registration, accreditation and disciplinary processes, while helping set up the VC’s IT portal and public website.

You will work with the VC under NParks' ISR Division to develop and maintain the VC’s digital infrastructure, performing requirements analysis, collaborating with IT vendors, enhancing

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 1 year of IT system development and maintenance and project management experience.
• Certifications in ITIL or PMP are advantageous.
• Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with database management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough requirements analysis for digital infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT vendors to architect, design, implement and maintain systems.
• Develop and implement UI/UX improvements and functionality enhancements.
• Safeguard the systems' security governance.
• Conduct regular performance tuning and optimisation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal staff and external stakeholders.
