A leading multinational corporation in Singapore seeks a qualified sales professional to drive funnel management and sales tactics in the APAC region. The role requires expertise in healthcare IT and relationship building with key customers, including C-suite executives. The ideal candidate has significant experience in biomedical sectors and the ability to analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with regional and country leaders to drive Funnel Management & sales tactic implementation goals within a matrix leadership environment.
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies that maximize market penetration.
• Deploy and own specific portfolio’s growth activities in the APAC region.
• Develop and maintain strong connections and shared accountability with Regional Sales Managers for growth and operations execution.
• Responsible for DP targets for the APAC region and lead country teams to ensure performance targets are met.
• Develop and execute initiatives to train a best-in-class sales force, improving capabilities, and building high-level relationships with key customers, including C-suite engagement.
• Analyze market and business trends, generate insights, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with regional leaders for execution.
• Relevant experience in a biomedical and sales-oriented environment.
• Experience in the healthcare IT environment with knowledge of Medical Imaging distribution protocols and management.
• Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes within a matrix organization.
• Language requirements: local language + English.
• Knowledge of healthcare technologies, products, processes, and sales/purchasing in hospital environments, including digital pathology, market awareness, and competitor landscape.
