A leading company in out-of-home advertising seeks a Digital Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of digital assets. The role involves coordination between commercial, operational, and tech teams to maintain ad panels and engage with vendors. Job Overview:
This role ensures smooth daily operations of digital advertising assets across train stations, bus interchanges, buses, and taxis. It acts as a key link between commercial, operational, and tech teams, working closely with internal departments and external partners like IT vendors, system integrator, asset owners, and transport operators.
Responsibilities:
Digital Operations
o Oversee daily operation and maintenance (O&M) of digital ad panels to ensure accurate and timely content display.
o Supervise content quality checks, approval processes, and regulatory submissions (e.g. Rail Form A, Bus Form D, Permits).
o Verify Proof of Delivery (POD) for campaign execution.
Vendor & Asset Management
o Manage contractors for digital assets O&M and enforce SLA performance.
o Track software licences, utilities, telco usage, and digital asset inventory.
o Coordinate procurement for system and equipment needs.
Compliance & Governance
o Work with Group IT to ensure compliance with cybersecurity, PDPA, licensing, and audit requirements.
o Manage user access and maintain control of digital systems.
Stakeholder Coordination
o Coordinate with Sales Campaign Managers to support campaign scheduling and traffic flow.
o Act as the main contact for asset owners and operators on digital assets operational matters.
o Address feedback from clients and the public; assist with on-ground events and activations.
Reporting & Admin
o Prepare operational reports and ensure documentation accuracy.
o Conduct stock-takes and perform other administrative or ad-hoc duties as required.
Project & Systems Support
o Assist with new system or product rollouts, including cost analysis and project timelines.
o Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders through testing and implementation stages.
Qualifications
· Degree in Digital Media, IT, or Engineering.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in media, IT, or operations/project management.
· Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js).
· Familiar with build tools (e.g. webpack), version control (Git), and API integration.
· Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working with contractors, authorities, and operators on-site.
