DIGITAL MEDIA MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and help grow our brand’s online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with other marketing team members, content creators, designers, and external vendors to ensure our digital media strategies are aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email, and paid advertising channels.
2. Create and execute content strategies that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
3. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
4. Manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing activities, including social media management, website updates, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
5. Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging visuals, copy, and videos for digital campaigns.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
7. Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, digital platforms, and partners.
8. Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to customer inquiries and reviews on digital platforms.
9. Track budget and allocate resources efficiently across various digital marketing channels.
10. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing or digital media management.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
4. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content creation.
5. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, MailChimp) is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
8. Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive digital marketing success.
9. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics software, and content management systems.
10. A strong portfolio of digital campaigns with demonstrated results.
11. Experience in managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams.
12. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns.
2. Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey mapping.
3. Basic understanding of HTML and web design principles.
4. Google Analytics or AdWords certification is a plus.
