BIG WIN FURNITURE & TRANSPORT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, create and manage content for Facebook and TikTok, develop short-form video concepts, and coordinate photo/video shoots to showcase furniture products.

You will manage digital advertising campaigns, monitor performance and web/social traffic, conduct market research, and prepare basic performance reports. Requirements include a diploma or degree in Marketing or related field, at least 2 years in

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Media Studies or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing, social media marketing or a related role.
Experience in managing social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
Familiar with digital advertising, social media analytics and campaign performance monitoring.
Basic knowledge of content creation, including photo and video shooting for social media.
Able to generate creative ideas for social media content, promotional campaigns and short-form videos.
Able to conduct market research and monitor competitors, industry trends and consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

Plan, create and manage digital content for the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook and TikTok.
Develop ideas and concepts for short-form videos, promotional content and product-related campaigns.
Coordinate and participate in photo and video shoots for furniture products, promotions and branding.
Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, website/social media traffic, engagement and other key marketing metrics.
Review advertising performance and make adjustments to improve reach, engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ advertising activities, promotions, content and market trends.
Identify current social media trends and recommend content or promotional ideas.
Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions and product launches.
Maintain the company’s social media presence and ensure content is updated regularly.
Prepare basic marketing performance reports and provide updates on campaign results and competitor activities.
Work closely with management and the sales team to support marketing and business objectives.
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.
