We are a licensed employment agency in Singapore and currently have offices in Kovan, Clementi & Toa Payoh. We're looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist who is eager to grow their skills in digital marketing with a strong focus on sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns that drive leads and sales
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Manage advertising on platforms like Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads
• Create compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media, website, to attract potential candidates and employers
• Manage and actively interact with the audience across platforms
• Support the sales team by generating quality leads through digital channels
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to align marketing strategies with goals
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and sales techniques

Requirements / Qualifications

• Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome)

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
