A leading company in Singapore seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have significant marketing experience, expertise in digital tools like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and the ability to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns—including lead generation, brand awareness, and recruitment—across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
Design and manage retargeting and remarketing funnels to effectively nurture prospects throughout the marketing journey.
Oversee lead generation, tracking, and allocation to drive optimal sales outcomes; gather stakeholder feedback to refine campaigns and improve lead quality.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions) using tools like GA4, Meta Pixel, and UTM tagging to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Manage media budgets strategically, focusing on maximizing cost-efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
Track and report on KPIs to assess digital campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments and optimizations as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including content creators, designers, and developers—to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with brand goals.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, competitive strategies, and industry best practices; apply insights to enhance campaign performance.
Provide strategic recommendations to optimize digital marketing efforts, improve websites, and strengthen the tech ecosystem.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
At least 3–5 years of practical experience in digital marketing
Proven expertise in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (including GDN and PPC), YouTube Ads, and analyzing campaign performance.
Hands-on experience with retargeting strategies, lookalike audience creation, audience segmentation, and managing lead funnels.
Familiarity with GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tagging for performance tracking and analytics.
Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with a focus on maximizing ROI and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
