• Create and manage content across social media, eDMs, websites and Academy.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, promotions, workshops and events from planning to publishing.
• Develop basic visuals and short-form videos.
• Update website and Academy content and campaign pages.
• Track content performance, competitors, UGC and digital trends.
• Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers and support new digital initiatives.
• Other projects as assigned.
