Bank of Singapore is looking for a Digital Marketing specialist to help drive its digital marketing strategy and support its rapid business growth with a focus on lead generation. In this role, you will be part of the Communications and Digital Marketing Team and will work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to implement digital marketing efforts in the region, including counterparts in Hong Kong. Main Duties:
Plan and execute all social media digital campaigns for Bank of Singapore's to drive brand engagement and generate leads
Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns on social media, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Generate social media campaign performance reports, understand analytics to identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
Manage campaign budget and ensure optimum deployment of budget
Conduct social listening research and competitor benchmarking
Conduct keyword research, optimising on-page and technical SEO elements, and developing a content strategy to enhance organic search visibility
Perform SEO audits, monitor performance metrics, and competitor analysis as well as collaborate with other stakeholders to implement SEO enhancements
Oversee the Bank's official social media channels including content curation and calendar
Explore and onboard innovative solutions and digital marketing technology to improve digital marketing performance and experience
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in social / digital marketing including content marketing, social and digital ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and conversion
Proficient in digital marketing campaigns - Online advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, website analytics tools as well as the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
Exceptional written / verbal skills and content development skills
Proficiency in Adobe Software (i.e., Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in Graphic Design will be an advantage
Knowledge of website design, HTML5, UX is a bonus

Able to work closely with the internal and external teams to ensure timely execution
