Job description

Digital Marketing Specialist (0.6 - 1 year)

We are looking for a fresh graduate or an experienced individual to join our team. You must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in campaign management, segmentation, and data analysis/reporting.

Required Skills:
  1. Hands-on experience with campaign tools (campaign creation, segmentation, target group creation, email templates, A/B testing, monitoring, etc.)
  2. Experience with SAP Marketing Cloud (SMC) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially Excel for analyzing campaign statistics
  4. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  5. Clear communication and writing skills
  6. Client/Account Management experience (preferred)
Responsibilities:
  1. Setup and monitor campaigns using various KPIs and metrics
  2. Manage and maintain the campaign calendar
  3. Conduct market research, surveys, and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition
  4. Create and submit performance reports
