Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at RGP Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online presence and digital marketing efforts. This full-time, office-based position in the Central Region will see you collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies that enhance the company's digital footprint and engagement with target audiences.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
2. Optimise website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility and drive conversions.
3. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and user data to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations for their implementation.
5. Collaborate with the wider marketing and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
6. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Degree in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
2. Proficiency in search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and content marketing.
3. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Strong project management and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
5. Attention to detail and a creative mindset to develop engaging and impactful digital content.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
