A private advertiser in Singapore is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance data to improve results. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Marketing or Business and has at least 2 years of experience, with certifications in Google Ads and tools proficiency necessary for success in this role.
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, implement and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and a solid understanding of digital marketing techniques to help meet business objectives and drive performance.
Responsibilities
·Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels.
·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives
·Track and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics making adjustments as needed to enhance results.
·Review and analyze campaign data to identify patterns, insights and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary.
·Recommend and implement new strategies, tools and techniques to boost campaign effectiveness while participating in testing initiatives to refine various elements.
·Prepare and share regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing efforts.
·Stay informed on industry trends and share knowledge with team members to keep everyone up to date with the latest practices and platform updates
Requirements
·Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or its equivalent
·A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns or similar roles.
·Google Ads Certified and proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics and SEM strategies
·Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, with experience in campaign management and performance tracking.
·Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess and optimize marketing efforts.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
·A proactive mindset with a willingness to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
