About the Role

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our online marketing efforts across key platforms. This role is essential in building our beauty brand’s digital presence, engaging with customers, and driving appointment bookings across our salons.

You will oversee all aspects of social media, content creation, and online advertising. Working closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams, you will develop compelling, brand-aligned campaigns that resonate with beauty-conscious audiences in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu).
  • Create visually appealing and informative content, including beauty tips, transformation videos, service showcases, and customer testimonials.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and DMs promptly to foster community and brand loyalty.
  • Manage social media advertising and boost high-performing posts to maximize reach and bookings.
2. Digital Campaigns & Online Advertising
  • Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to generate new leads and promote key services or promotions.
  • Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to produce high-converting creatives and ad copy.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
3. Content Strategy & Creation
  • Co-develop blog articles, email newsletters, landing pages, and short-form videos tailored to salon services.
  • Coordinate content production with in-house creators or external freelancers (e.g., photographers, videographers).
  • Ensure all content is compliant with PDPA and aligned with brand aesthetics and messaging.
4. Website, CRM & Analytics
  • Update website content using platforms like WordPress (e.g., promotions, testimonials, service pages).
  • Use CRM and email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to manage client communications and loyalty campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance across platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of paid social, SEM, content marketing, and customer behavior in lifestyle sectors.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, WordPress, and basic data analysis.
  • Strong visual and written communication skills with attention to branding and detail.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s beauty consumer trends and PDPA regulations.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience working with beauty salons, spa chains, aesthetic clinics, or wellness brands in Singapore.
  • Knowledge of influencer collaborations, managing online reviews, and leveraging customer testimonials.
  • Basic video editing skills, creative direction, or content production experience is a strong plus.
