A leading marketing organization in Singapore seeks a creative professional to manage and execute content strategies across major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a diploma in a relevant field, and experience with various digital marketing tools. This role requires a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies and the ability to analyze and optimize content performance.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute content strategy across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Develop creative ideas and visuals for weekly content in alignment with the brand
Produce and edit photo and video content for online campaigns and events
Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on event-related marketing initiatives
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content and engagement strategies
Respond to comments and messages on social media to boost audience engagement
Coordinate with influencers/KOLs, manage deliverables, and track ROI of collaborations
Maintain and execute a detailed content calendar for all digital channels
Support internal communications and ensure alignment with corporate branding
Coordinate and assist in campaign planning and execution across departments
Generate regular marketing reports and analyze content performance
Create promotional materials and provide live coverage during events
Work on joint marketing campaigns with partners and sponsors to expand reach
Manage external and internal photographers and videographers during events or shoots, ensuring deliverables align with branding and campaign needs; no handling of equipment is required
Develop clear and effective creative concepts for internal communications and marketing materials, in collaboration with marketing and HR teams.
Write compelling content for social media posts.
Management of Green studio
Support AI Marketing, related media production project
Qualifications:
Min. Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
Experience with social media management, email marketing platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising is a plus.
