About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven and detail-orientedSenior Digital Marketing Associateto drive our performance marketing efforts and data analysis across paid digital advertising on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Twitter. This role will take ownership of campaign planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting and support on marketing operations, CRM and website management.You will be part of a fast-paced marketing team and be responsible for delivering data-driven insights, analysis, and execution of strategy that help the team optimise campaigns and enhance the user journey to drive overall marketing performance. This includes CRM segmentation for email marketing, improvement of website engagement and performance, and marketing ops execution for full-funnel campaign optimisation.
Job description:
Performance Marketing
- Manage the strategy, execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Twitter.
- Craft compelling ad copy and creative campaign ideas that resonate with the target audience. Continuously test and refine ad copy, visuals, and targeting to maximise engagement and improve campaign outcomes.
- Track, analyse, measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Build reports and dashboards to share key insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
- Create and optimise landing pages for campaigns to drive conversions.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to support performance tracking and reporting.
Website management and marketing operations
- Manage website development, content updates, and maintain website operations including forms and integrations.
- Provide support for CRM-related tasks including list segmentation, email campaign preparation, and database maintenance.
- Help maintain contact records, sales pipeline updates, and basic marketing automation workflows.
- Perform quality checks and assist with basic troubleshooting across marketing tools and systems.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and identify opportunities to improve team workflows and results.
- Provide general marketing support as needed across campaigns and initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically leading and managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Certification in Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Meta Ads and Twitter ads is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tool. Able to extract insights and translate them into action.
- High proficiency with digital marketing tools, particularly Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
- Experience managing and enhancing websites for better user experience.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamic
- Tech-savvy and process-driven; you enjoy using tools and automation to improve workflows.
- High attention to detail with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, continually seeking innovative solutions to enhance campaign performance.
- Experience in Financial Services/FinTech is a plus.
