We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Meesho, as well as analyzing data to inform strategy and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Advertising Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Meesho advertising campaigns.
    • Create and optimize ad copy, targeting strategies, and budgets to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
  2. Sales and Lead Generation:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion.
    • Track sales performance and customer acquisition metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Utilize digital advertising channels to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales.
  3. Data Management and Analysis:
    • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various digital marketing platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
    • Use insights gained from data to refine marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
  4. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their behavior and preferences.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive advantage.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on campaign goals and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Meesho advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the sports equipment or apparel industry.
  • Familiarity with additional digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
