Job Description:
Are you a hands-on digital marketer who can turn strategy into action and drive measurable results?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to support the marketing and lead generation needs of our corporate training and consulting business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, HubSpot, WordPress, and a knack for writing and content creation. You will take ownership of daily marketing operations—while working closely with the team to grow our brand visibility, drive lead conversions, and support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and search
  • Write and design eDMs, advertisements, landing pages, and sales enablement materials
  • Create and manage paid and organic campaigns with measurable KPIs

2. SEO & Website Management

  • Optimise website content, structure, and landing pages for improved SEO performance
  • Update and maintain company website using WordPress
  • Monitor web traffic and user behaviour using Google Analytics and similar tools

3. Content Marketing & Copywriting

  • Develop blog articles, social media posts, and marketing copy aligned with brand tone
  • Ensure all content is optimised for search engines and conversions
  • Able to handle content that includes Chinese artwork when necessary

4. CRM, Database & Lead Nurturing

  • Manage contact lists, segmentations, and maintain data hygiene in HubSpot
  • Implement email marketing workflows to nurture leads and drive sales conversions
  • Work with the sales team to align marketing actions with customer journey stages

5. Strategy, Research & Branding

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that support business growth objectives
  • Strengthen brand identity across all channels through consistent visuals and messaging

6. Marketing Automation & Reporting

  • Utilise HubSpot and other automation tools to streamline campaigns
  • Measure campaign success and provide insights through regular performance reports
  • Continuously improve marketing ROI using data-driven analysis

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, digital campaigns, social media, and content marketing
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, WordPress, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; ability to work with Chinese artwork is a plus
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting and visual content sensibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle Chinese artwork
