Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Drive digital marketing plans for the hotel & 3 F&B outlets.
  2. Assist in strategizing and executing the hotel’s digital marketing communication plans and campaigns in a timely manner.
  3. Ensure high performance on digital campaigns through effective data analytics. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  5. Support corporate (Accor) and brand digital marketing initiatives.
  6. Support hotel operations with cross-marketing opportunities, leveraging hotel and brand databases.
  7. Manage hotel’s websites & microsites and all customer touchpoints.
  8. Manage vendors to ensure delivery of website enhancements and optimal customer journeys.
  9. Manage content for hotel main website, microsite, email marketing, display advertising, and standalone websites for F&B outlets and OTAs.
  10. Ensure SEO and SEM synergies across all websites.
  11. Drive e-commerce through data analytics and marketing strategies.
  12. Collaborate with Revenue Management & marketing team on OTA communications.
  13. Oversee collaborations and maximize marketing opportunities in the premium/lifestyle segment, ensuring timely communications.
  14. Enhance social media awareness.
  15. Manage, supervise, and create content for hotel’s social media platforms and drive engagement.
  16. Manage social media agencies to optimize content engagement.
  17. Identify potential social media influencers and execute programs to boost hotel awareness.
  18. Manage hotel’s online reputation by reviewing responses across multiple platforms in a timely manner.

Other Responsibilities

  1. Review and identify digital partnership opportunities to support hotel operations and business objectives.
  2. Manage digital reporting tools and communicate reports internally, supervising action plans for improvements.
  3. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, E-Commerce/Digital Marketing, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle industry.
  3. Excellent English, both verbal and written.
  4. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and META Business.
  5. Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  6. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  7. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  8. Experience with marketing partnerships and brand collaborations is a plus.
  9. Willingness to work beyond normal hours, including public holidays and weekends, based on job needs.
