Drives digital marketing plans for the hotel & 3 F&B outlets.
Assists to strategize and execute the hotel’s digital marketing communication plan and campaigns in a timely manner.
Ensures high performance on digital campaigns through effective data analytics. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Supports corporate (Accor) and brand on digital marketing initiatives.
Supports hotel’s operations with cross marketing opportunities, leveraging hotel and brand databases.
Manages hotel’s websites & microsites and all customer touch points.
Manages vendors to ensure delivery of website enhancements and best-in-class customer journeys.
Manages content for hotel main website, microsite, email marketing, display advertising and standalone websites for Food and Beverage outlets, as well as OTAs.
Ensures SEO and SEM synergies across all websites.
Drives e-commerce through data analytics and marketing strategies.
Works hand in hand with Revenue Management & marketing team on management of OTAs communications.
Oversees collaborations and maximizes marketing opportunities in the premium/lifestyle segment, ensuring accurate and timely communications onto platforms.
Drives social media awareness.
Manages, supervises and/or creates content for hotel’s social media platforms and drives engagement.
Manages social media agencies to ensure optimization of content engagement.
Identifies potential social media influencers and executes programs to drive hotel’s awareness in the social media space.
Manages hotel’s online reputation.
Oversees online reputation management through reviewing responses for hotel across multiple platforms in a timely manner.
Other Responsibilities
Reviews and identifies digital partnership opportunities to support hotel’s operations and business objectives.
Manages digital reporting tools for hotel and communicates reports internally as well as supervising action plans for improvements where needed.
Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, E-Commerce / Digital Marketing, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
Excellent English, both verbal and written.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and META Business.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
Experience working with marketing partnerships and brand collaborations is a plus.
Based on the needs of the job, he/she may require to work beyond normal working hours, PH and weekends.
