Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive digital marketing plans for the hotel & 3 F&B outlets.
- Assist in strategizing and executing the hotel’s digital marketing communication plans and campaigns in a timely manner.
- Ensure high performance on digital campaigns through effective data analytics. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
- Support corporate (Accor) and brand digital marketing initiatives.
- Support hotel operations with cross-marketing opportunities, leveraging hotel and brand databases.
- Manage hotel websites & microsites and all customer touchpoints.
- Manage vendors to ensure delivery of website enhancements and optimal customer journeys.
- Manage content for hotel main website, microsite, email marketing, display advertising, and standalone websites for F&B outlets and OTAs.
- Ensure SEO and SEM synergies across all websites.
- Drive e-commerce through data analytics and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management & marketing team on OTA communications.
- Oversee collaborations and maximize marketing opportunities in the premium/lifestyle segment, ensuring timely communications.
- Drive social media awareness and manage, supervise, or create content for hotel’s social media platforms to boost engagement.
- Manage social media agencies to optimize content engagement.
- Identify potential social media influencers and execute programs to increase hotel awareness.
- Manage hotel’s online reputation by reviewing responses across multiple platforms promptly.
Other Responsibilities
- Review and identify digital partnership opportunities supporting hotel operations and business goals.
- Manage digital reporting tools and communicate reports internally, supervising action plans for improvements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, E-Commerce / Digital Marketing, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle industry.
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and META Business.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Experience with marketing partnerships and brand collaborations is a plus.
- Willingness to work beyond normal hours, including public holidays and weekends, as needed.
