Linda Gallery Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager in Singapore to build our end-to-end digital pipeline. You will connect online discovery to qualified sales inquiries, gallery appointments and purchases, owning strategy, systems and execution.
You will establish tracking, CRM workflows, and run campaigns around artists and exhibitions, with a focus on high-quality leads and measurable revenue impact.
Established in 1990, Linda Gallery specialises in East and Southeast Asian contemporary art and museum-quality sculpture, with spaces in Singapore, Jakarta and Beijing. For over three decades, we have connected leading regional artists with collectors, family offices and institutions worldwide.
We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to build our digital marketing pipeline from the ground up. Your mandate is to connect online discovery and engagement to qualified sales inquiries, gallery appointments and purchases.
Reporting to management, you will own the strategy, systems and execution needed to attract prospective collectors, capture and nurture their interest, and pass qualified opportunities to our sales team with clear follow-up and reporting. Success will be measured by lead quality, progression through the sales pipeline and marketing's contribution to revenue.
Your initial priorities will be to establish reliable tracking and lead capture, implement CRM and sales-handover workflows, and launch campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
Location: On-site at 39 Keppel Road (Tanjong Pagar Distripark), Singapore 089065.
Work schedule: 5 days a week, with a 9-hour daily shift including a 1-hour break.
Pipeline strategy and implementation: Audit our existing channels and build a practical roadmap connecting campaigns, website journeys, CRM and sales follow-up. Establish repeatable workflows, building on existing systems where practical.
Campaigns and content: Plan and execute coordinated paid search, social media, content and email campaigns around artists, exhibitions and available inventory. Manage budgets and creative production, giving each audience a clear next step towards an inquiry or visit.
Website and lead capture: Improve search visibility, landing pages, inquiry forms and calls to action. Establish reliable lead capture and source tracking so visitors can request artwork details, arrange viewings or speak with the gallery.
CRM and lead nurturing: Record and segment contacts by source and interest. Develop relevant communications and appropriate automation to support collectors throughout the art-buying cycle.
Sales handover: Work with sales colleagues to define qualified leads, assign ownership and establish timely follow-up. Track progression from inquiry to viewing, proposal and sale, using sales feedback to improve campaigns.
Measurement and improvement: Establish baseline performance, agree targets and report on qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, conversion rates, pipeline value and contribution to sales. Coordinate internal colleagues and external partners as required while remaining closely involved in execution.
Demonstrated experience building or substantially improving a digital lead-generation pipeline, with clear examples of qualified leads and commercial results.
Practical ability to connect paid media, websites and landing pages, analytics, CRM and email automation into a working system.
Excellent written English, sound visual judgement and the ability to communicate complex subjects clearly.
An organised, resourceful working style, with the ability to set priorities, establish processes and personally execute in a growing business.
Experience in art, luxury, design, hospitality or other considered-purchase businesses is advantageous; prior art industry experience is not essential.
Monthly base salary of SGD 4,000–6,000, commensurate with experience, plus commission on completed and fully paid sales attributable to marketing-generated leads, under an agreed commission scheme.
This vacancy is open to Singapore citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only. Work-pass sponsorship is not available for this position.
