Primary Responsibilities
- Drive digital marketing plans for the hotel and 3 F&B outlets.
- Assist in strategizing and executing the hotel’s digital marketing communication plans and campaigns in a timely manner.
- Ensure high performance on digital campaigns through effective data analytics. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
- Support corporate (Accor) and brand digital marketing initiatives.
- Leverage hotel and brand databases for cross-marketing opportunities to support hotel operations.
- Manage hotel’s websites and microsites, along with all customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery of website enhancements and optimal customer journeys.
- Manage content for the hotel’s main website, microsite, email marketing, display advertising, and standalone websites for Food and Beverage outlets, as well as OTAs.
- Ensure SEO and SEM strategies are integrated across all websites.
- Drive e-commerce growth through data analytics and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management & marketing teams on OTA communication management.
- Oversee collaborations and maximize marketing opportunities in the premium/lifestyle segment, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Enhance social media awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage content for hotel’s social media platforms and oversee agency collaborations.
- Identify potential social media influencers and execute programs to boost hotel awareness.
- Manage online reputation by reviewing responses across multiple platforms promptly.
Other Responsibilities
- Identify and review digital partnership opportunities supporting hotel operations and business goals.
- Manage digital reporting tools, communicate reports internally, and supervise action plans for improvements.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle industries.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and META Business.
- Deep understanding of current digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Experience with marketing partnerships and brand collaborations is advantageous.
- Willingness to work beyond normal hours, including public holidays and weekends as needed.
