We’re seeking a digitally savvy and sales-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to grow our student base and increase brand visibility. This is not just a marketing job — it’s a high-impact role where your campaigns directly influence student sign-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube) to generate qualified student leads.
- Create targeted content and ad creatives that appeal to parents, teens in Singapore.
- Manage and grow our presence across all relevant social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with engaging and conversion-focused posts.
- Develop landing pages, lead forms, and funnels that drive sign-ups — including retargeting and remarketing efforts.
- Track and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance, messaging, and conversions.
- Work closely with the Admissions team to align campaigns with enrollment goals and intake periods.
- Respond to online inquiries quickly, qualify leads, and follow up to encourage conversion.
- Propose promotions, bundles, or limited-time offers to help drive urgency and sign-ups.
- Monitor competitor digital activity and suggest innovative ideas to keep us ahead in the market.
- Craft persuasive ad copy, blog posts, emails, and video scripts that build trust and interest.
- Support reputation management by responding to comments, reviews, and DMs professionally and promptly.
- Capture and promote student success stories and testimonials to showcase outcomes.
Requirements:
- A degree in Sales, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in education industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to develop compelling marketing materials and storytelling content.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
