A leading heritage F&B brand is seeking a creative Digital Marketing and Design Position. You will manage social media, create engaging content, and execute marketing campaigns while producing high-quality visuals that enhance the brand's presence. Ideal candidates will have a strong marketing background with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. About Us
Tan Ser Seng Herbs is a heritage F&B brand established in 1946, best known for our signature traditional herbal turtle soup and a curated range of nourishing Chinese dishes. As we continue to modernize and expand into new markets, we’re seeking a creative, trend-savvy Digital Marketing and Design Position to help with rebranding.
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media & Content Management
• Strategize, create, and manage engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.)
• Monitor analytics and trends to optimize reach and engagement
• Execute campaigns in line with seasonal promotions, new outlet launches, or brand stories
• Creative Production
• Conceptualize and produce marketing visuals – including photography, short-form video, and basic animation
• Execute in-house photo and video shoots of dishes, restaurant interiors, staff stories, and behind-the-scenes content
• Edit photos/videos for quality and consistency across platforms
• Brand Communications & PR
• Coordinate media outreach, influencer engagements, and partnership collaborations
• Draft and refine brand messaging across digital, print, and in-store channels
• Plan and execute both online and offline campaigns to amplify brand voice
• Design & Illustration
• Create marketing collaterals (e.g., menus, flyers, digital ads, packaging design concepts) with strong design sensibility
• Illustrate creative visuals or icons that align with our brand storytelling
• Marketing Strategy & Innovation
• Stay current with industry trends and platform algorithm changes
• Propose creative content angles, engagement tactics, and F&B marketing activations
• Continuously ideate new campaigns or content pillars that drive traffic and brand awareness
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing or creative role (F&B or lifestyle brand background is a bonus)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.)
• Confident with DSLR/mirrorless camera use and mobile shooting/editing
• Strong copywriting skills and aesthetic eye for layout, design, and content flow
• Excellent time management and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with the leadership team
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Chinese herbal culture and Teochew cuisine
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital advertising
• Ability to speak/read Mandarin is an advantage (to work with vendors, heritage customers, or local press)
