Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies through online campaigns, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), social media and others, with the aim of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.
• Work closely with Strategy/Creatives Team, Sales & Customer Success department and other BUs to design and develop creative, engaging, and high-quality digital marketing collaterals and campaign assets, such as eDM, promotional emails, videos, landing pages and infographics, and so on, for the desired target audience.
• Create compelling marketing narratives, and spearhead effective and innovative digital marketing campaigns to differentiate company’s offerings from its competitors.
• Ensure that website is well-maintained and regularly updated with current content, news, keywords, and articles.
• Implement SEO/SEM campaigns and optimised online adverts using Google Ads and Meta ads.
• Track and analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web and social media analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite Insights), to understand how users interact with AETOS’ platforms and make recommendations for improvements.
• Generate digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimisation plans.
• Provide insights, from feedback gathering, customer engagements, industry and market trends, etc., to appropriate marketing plans and strategies to strengthen AETOS’ market position and presence.
• Help out as Photographer and/or Videographer for events, corporate visits, etc.
• Assist in the coordination of corporate visits and both internal and external events, as and when required.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned, not limited to other ad-hoc requests necessary to the smooth operation of the communications and marketing function.

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You
• Must possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of working experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or related experience
• Must be familiar in the areas of digital marketing with hands on experience in SEM, SEO, display, social, email, google analytics, programmatic advertising, etc.
• Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data.
• Able to demonstrate measurable results of having designed and implemented successful marketing campaigns, preferably in both B2C and B2B businesses.
