About this Team

What's the team function?

The Digital Marketing team is responsible for:

• Planning and executing all external marketing (outside of Shopee and Lazada)
• Managing all social media-related matters
• Promoting brand awareness of DASHER

What's your role?

You will focus on:

• Content planning, shooting, and editing videos for ads and social platforms
• Managing content creation, analyzing trends, and publishing calendars across multiple brands
• Ensuring all visuals and messaging align with brand guidelines
• Assisting the Performance Marketing lead in managing campaign ads across CPAS and Google Ads

What skills are required?

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese & English
• Basic experience in CPAS setup and monitoring
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Basic video creation and filming skills (mobile or software-based)
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, eager to learn

Who will support you?

You will be guided by your senior from day one, exploring ongoing ad structures and marketing funnels. Your mentor will assist you with work-related questions and clarifications.

You will participate in internal sharing sessions about market trends and technologies, and be active in brainstorming and decision-making meetings.
